Stacey Kathleen Tobin and Scott Edward Lord are engaged to be married on Sept. 18, 2010, in Everett, Wash.

Stacey is the daughter of Toni Tobin of Sequim, Wash., and Timothy Tobin, of Mercer Island, Wash. She graduated from the Cortiva Institute in spring 2009 and is employed in Bellevue Employment.

Scott is the son of David and Dorothy Squires of Snohomish, Wash. He is currently employed in Everett.

The couple met while attending Central Washington University.
