Mrs. Mintz’s family and friends are invited to answer the phones from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the studio, located at 401 Mercer Street in Seattle. “KCTS 9 Cooks: Northwest Favorites” airs on May 16 at 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
