Jacquetta Hope Daniels

1923 – 2012

Jacquetta Hope Daniels, a Mercer Island resident since 1947, passed away on October 25 at the age of 89. She was born on March 8, 1923, attended Roosevelt high school, and continued to the University of Washington on a music scholarship. She was preceded in death by her husband Olaf Paul Daniels. She is survived by her children Ron, Karen, Paul, Jacquie, and Stephanie. Her legacy includes nearly 50 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her family will carry on her wonderful spirit for many years to come. She will be remembered warmly for her love of family, enthusiasm for life, her knitting, her cooking, and her passion for Republican politics.
