He was born September 29, 1947, in Van Nuys, California, to Ben R. and Edith (Cook) Cropp and moved with his parents to Mercer Island in 1952. He was employed for several years as sales manager at Grand Prix Motors in Seattle, where he acquired a life-long love of all things Ferrari. After leaving Grand Prix, he became sales manager for the Metzeler Tire Company and also worked for some time at Chaplin’s in Bellevue. He took early retirement in the mid-nineties and went to live on his beloved Maui. In 2000 he returned to Mercer Island to help care for his father in his final years.
Robb is survived by his mother Edith, his sister Laurie, and numerous beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. His father predeceased him.
Robb had a winning personality that captured the hearts of all who knew him. He leaves an irreplaceable void in the hearts of his family.
