Patricia Mae Wolfstone

Patricia Mae Wolfstone passed away on May 28, 2011. She was born on September 2, 1926 in Bellingham, Washington. After growing up in Bellingham, she attended college at the University of Washington during the war years. She majored in English Literature and was a member of Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority. She married Stanley Wolfstone in 1949 and had 2 daughters, Suzanne and Karen. Patricia volunteered in numerous organizations including Temple DeHirsh Sisterhood, National Council of Jewish Women and Seattle Headstart. Patricia always believed in staying active and loved tennis and golf. She also had a great love of travel and visited Europe, Asia, Australia and South America with her husband. After Stanley passed away in 1988, Patricia continued her travels with numerous friends. Patricia was also an avid reader and loved to entertain her family and friends. She will be missed by them all. She is survived by Suzanne (Blair), Mary and John Trautwein and Karen (Marc), Alex and Maddie Kaufman. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, May 31 at 2 p.m. at Butterworth Arthur Wright. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or the American Heart Association.
