As in years past, a number of local businesses are helping raise money as part of the MIYFS Foundation Annual Breakfast.
Thirteen local businesses, including the recently opened Mioposto, are donating 20 percent of their proceeds on Feb. 8 only. Make sure to mention the MIYFS Annual Breakfast when you check out.
The breakfast program runs from 7:30-8:30 a.m. at the Community and Event Center, but the businesses will be supporting MIYFS all day. Some even have specials or deals planned for Feb. 8; for example, Island Books will offer drinks and treats for those shopping after 5 p.m.
