School Board hosting study session on Island schools Oct. 22

The Mercer Island School District Board of Directors is inviting the public to attend a study session to share ideas regarding education at Island Schools.

The Mercer Island School District Board of Directors is inviting the public to attend a study session to share ideas regarding education at Island schools. The session will include a review of:

 

• The school district’s goals for learning and its implementation of the 2020 Vision.

• The school construction  projects now underway.

• Renewal of the capital facilities levy and the transportation levy next February.

 

The meeting is at 6 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 22 at City Council Chambers. The regular board meeting is scheduled to follow at 7 p.m.
