Kathryn E. Forest and Christian T. Amundsen were married on June 27, 2009 at St. Ann’s Episcopal Church in Kennebunkport, Maine. The Very Reverend M.L. Agnew Jr., chaplain of the church and former dean of St. Mark’s Cathedral in Shreveport, La., performed the ceremony.

The bride, 31, is an interior designer and principal of Kathryn Forest Design in New York City. A graduate of Bowdoin College, who also attended the New York School of Interior Design and I’Ecole du Lourve in Paris, she is the daughter of Marilyn Higgins Forest and the late James A. Forest of Nashua, N.H., and Wells, Maine.

The groom, 33, is a founding partner of Selkirk Partners, LP, a Chatham, N.J.-based long/short equity investment partnership. He is a graduate of Boston College and the son of Azizi D. Amundsen and David L. Amundsen, of Mercer Island.
