Tomek Prussak, Max Hibbert and Brian Oppenheim, all students at MIHS, completed the training, along with 54 other graduates. Around 300 started the program.

The program involves over 150 hours of training, which includes four overnight courses and requires trainees to demonstrate their ability to hike through the back country with a compass bearing at very high accuracy.

Thomas Holt and Marek Prussak completed the training in 2011 and 2012.
