Islander native Chef Brian McCracken and his co-chef, Dana Tough are at the top of their game.
The pair have two successful restaurants in Seattle (Spur and Tavern Law) and have racked up a list of impressive culinary honors. This week the two have been nominated by the editors of the esteemed Food & Wine magazine as The People’s Best New Chef. The Best New Chef will be selected by readers ( Voting online) which ends at midnight this coming Tuesday night, March 1.
