Prowling: A victim, who was at a dog park on the 2000 block of 84th Ave. Southeast, reported that they returned and found that their vehicle’s window was smashed.

Theft: A victim left his bike unattended while he went on a walk for an hour on the 7200 block of West Mercer Way. When he returned, his bike was gone.
