Three new agents at John L. Scott

Debbie Constantine, J. Rachelle King and Tim Auld are the newest additions to John L. Scott Mercer Island.

With extensive experience in sales and marketing, management and the banking industry, Constantine is looking forward to using her knowledge from previous professions towards the real estate transactions of her clients. In her spare time, Constantine enjoys snow skiing, swimming and tennis.

King brings her experience in working with people to the real estate industry from her roles as a private voice teacher and a weight-loss consultant.

Auld attended Washington State University, where he studied education. He also has experience working as a project manager. In his spare time, Auld enjoys fly fishing, camping and playing with his dogs.

Express Construction hires two superintendents

Donald J. “Joe” Ramos and Leon Surdyk are new superintendents at Express Construction.

Ramos began his construction career 25 years ago as an apprentice carpenter in his native Hawaii. He came to the mainland in 1990 and has worked on projects ranging from a $3 million troop deployment facility to the $32 million renovation of the Villaggio luxury apartments in Kirkland.

With 20 years of experience, Surdyk spent much of his career in the aggregates industry, where he was responsible for building processing and batch plants as well as heavy-duty truck scales.

Founded in 1994 by Grant Larsen and David Lowry, Express Construction specializes in mixed-use, retail, office and large industrial buildings and has a tenant improvement division.

In addition, Express Construction does numerous tenant improvement projects for Equity Office Properties, Trammell Crow, Pinnacle Realty Management and Martin Smith Real Estate.
