Mercer Island’s Colin Farrell placed sixth at 182 pounds at the 3A state wrestling tournament on Feb. 22 at the Tacoma Dome.

He began his Mat Classic XXXII journey with two straight wins over Braden Hill of Yelm (7-4) and Joey Hudson of Everett (11-5) before losing to Cayden White of Marysville (fall 3:09) and Va Ili of Mountain View (fall 3:00). Farrell took sixth on a medical forfeit.
