Fraud: A resident in the 9600 block of Southeast 36th Street reported fraudulent charges to their credit card.

July 8

Shattered window: A resident in the 2600 block of 76th Avenue Southeast reported that someone shattered their vehicle’s window. It was unknown if items were stolen.

Hairy situation: It was reported that large clumps of human hair were located in the common area of a building accessed by transients in the 2700 block of 78th Avenue Southeast.

Suspicious circumstances: While on a walk in the 9000 block of West Shorewood Drive, a resident reported that a subject followed and approached her and asked for drugs.

Theft: A resident in the 8100 block of Southeast 70th Street reported that someone stole the rear license plate from their vehicle.

Burglary: It was reported that someone cut storage shed locks and broke into the shed in the 4100 block of 81st Avenue Southeast.

July 7

Noise annoys: A resident in the 4400 block of 86th Avenue Southeast filed a noise complaint regarding an argument between neighbors.

July 6

Welfare check: A subject was found heavily intoxicated on the ground in the 2700 block of 78th Avenue Southeast. The subject declined services and departed on foot.

July 5

Suspicious circumstances: A subject was witnessed rummaging through tools on a construction site in the 5200 block of Butterworth Road and fled in a stolen vehicle.

Marine incident: The marine patrol unit assisted with a partially capsized boat on Lake Washington. The occupants were uninjured.

Stolen bike: Someone swiped a bike from a locked storage room inside an access-controlled parking garage in the 7800 block of Southeast 27th Street.

Theft: Someone stole a van overnight in the 3900 block of 88th Avenue Southeast.
