WIAA honors Otte for baseball and golf prowess

Mercer Island High School junior baseball player and golfer Evan Otte has been named an athlete of the week by the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association. Otte was an integral member of both teams during their runs to 3A state championship titles. In baseball, his pitching led the team to two state wins, including the championship victory.
