Islanders capture 3A KingCo boys tennis tourney title

Mercer Island High School’s boys tennis squad won the 3A KingCo tournament championship, which culminated on Oct. 22 at the Edgebrook Club in Bellevue. The Islanders’ doubles teams swept first, second and third place, and local singles players won second and third place.
