Mudville baseball hosting tryouts in August | Sports brief

The Mudville baseball program is beginning the 2012 season for its Mudville Pinnacle NW team with tryouts on Saturday, Aug. 13, at Newport High School. The team is open to all ages in the 18U to 16U divisions.

The Mudville baseball program is beginning the 2012 season for its Mudville Pinnacle NW team with tryouts on Saturday, Aug. 13, at Newport High School. The team is open to all ages in the 18U to 16U divisions.

To register or learn more, go online to mudvillebaseball.org/registration and fill out the form. Registration on Aug. 13 begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by warm-ups. The tryouts will last until 12:20 p.m.
