Patrol response: Patrol responded to 22 service calls regarding fireworks, including one assist for a firework-related bush fire, according to a city report. The calls were largely for fireworks complaints, and many of the calls turned out to be unwarranted complaints about legal fireworks activity. On the water, marine patrol made multiple stops, but no arrests.

Theft: Thieves stole rear license plates from victims’ vehicles in the 6900 block of 94th Avenue Southeast and 8000 block of Southeast 28th Street.

Theft: A resident in the 7600 block of 81st Place Southeast reported that a package delivered to their home overnight was sitting empty on the porch the following morning.

Theft: A resident in the 7600 block of Southeast 27th Street reported a package theft.

June 28

Fraud: A resident in the 3500 block of 88th Avenue Southeast feels he was fraudulently charged a cancellation fee for an online appointment service.
