Fireworks regulations

Thinking of celebrating Independence Day by lighting up fireworks in your friendly neighborhood park or school ground? City officials don’t want to spoil anyone’s 4th of July fun but would like to remind the public that fireworks are illegal and prohibited in all parks and school district properties. The city encourages residents to celebrate safely by enjoying the community’s annual fireworks display at Luther Burbank Park on July 12 as part of Summer Celebration festivities.
