Designed for the youngest children, this event is a fun, non-spooky Halloween party for preschoolers and all children ages 1 to 6. There will be crafts, games, activities and, of course, tricks and treats. Parents are invited to bring their children dressed up in their favorite costumes.

The event is at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center.
