Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Ronald M. Gould, of Mercer Island, has not let multiple sclerosis dampen his passion for justice or his commitment to helping others move past their limitations.

In a three-minute video, Judge Gould shares his love of life and his philosophy of “adapting and carrying on.” Judge Gould’s video is one of a series about federal judges who have been motivated by the obstacles in their lives.
