Meet the Author, Aida Kouyoumjian: 1:30 p.m., Aug. 15. Between the Two Rivers is the story of Mannig, a young girl growing up in the years following the Armenian Genocide. This is a candid and moving memoir of the author’s mother, who endured indescribable atrocities and hardship growing up Orthodox in a Muslim land.
