Compost Days is a regionwide campaign to thank residents for their excellence in composting and diverting 350,000 tons of food and yard waste from landfills in 2012.

The event is sponsored by Cedar Grove Compost and King County, and open to all King County residents.

Residents can join in a scavenger hunt to receive free compost and other great prizes through April 15. Retail discounts on composting products are available.
