Close-out pop-up book sale on tap

The Friends of the Mercer Island Library have lost its pop-up book store lease and will be holding a close-out $5 bag sale on Feb. 26-27 and March 5-6. Hours will be 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. all four days at 130-134 77th Ave. SE; parking is available at the Chevron station and at the building. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all customers must wear a mask while stopping and there will be a limited number of people in the space at any one time. The Friends will no longer be accepting donations, and the library is not accepting donations at this time.
