In this week’s issue, the Reporter detailed the latest efforts of a group hoping to continue a lawsuit that would stop the use of center lanes on I-90 for the light rail, which in part, uses gax tax money for funding. The group’s lawsuit was denied by the State Supreme Court, and now moves to Superior Court in Ellensburg for a new trial.
