This is a sincere not a provocative question. Why do we need Wi Fi at Mercerdale Park and the Thrift Shop? It has occurred to me more than once it would be nice at the Thrift Shop, (I am a volunteer) especially for the work study students, but I fail to understand why this has been proposed. As it is, all too many parents at the playground staring into phones.

I am open to there being a wonderful answer, can you tell me what it is?
