Ms. Jeri Wait-Williams and Mr. Stephen Williams, and Mr. Steve Hearon, all of Mercer Island, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ms. Stephanie Hearon, to Mr. Alan Burnett.

Ms. Hearon graduated from Mercer Island High School in 1998. She received a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Human Factors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2002 and her J.D. from Washington and Lee School of Law in 2007. She is a partner at CenterPoint Aviation Law.

Mr. Burnett graduated from Union High School in Tulsa, Okla., in 1994. He received his B.B.A. in Management and International Business from Texas Christian University in 1998 and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2001. He is a partner at CenterPoint Aviation Law.

Their wedding will take place on May 1 at the Mercer Island Presbyterian Church. The couple lives on Mercer Island.
