Mr. Alan Lippert and Dr. Meg Lippert of Mercer Island announce the engagement of their daughter, Jocelyn Ruth Lippert, to Drew Fulton Alt, son of Mrs. Jane Fulton Alt and Dr. Howard Alt of Evanston, Ill. Ms. Lippert and Mr. Alt are graduates of Yale University and live in Washington, D.C. Ms. Lippert works as a legislative assistant in health policy for Congressman Sander Levin (D-MI), and Mr. Alt is a consultant in IBM’s public sector practice. A September wedding on Orcas Island is planned.
