Emma Smith and Kyle Passé, of Hillsboro, Ore., are happy to announce their engagement. Ms. Smith is the daughter of Steven and Katie Cockram, of Queensland, Australia. Mr. Passé is the son of Kenneth and Ann Passé, of Mercer Island. Ms. Smith is employed as a placement specialist, and Mr. Passé works as a Web site technician at NetBiz in Tualatin, Ore. A June 2010 wedding is planned in Forest Grove, Ore.
