Doug Hemmig, a member of C-SPAN’s community relations team, will present “Coverage of the US Congress” at the Rotary Club of Mercer Island’s Feb. 23 meeting.

Hemmig has been at C-SPAN for more than 21 years and spends his time representing C-SPAN to a wide variety of communities all over the country and sharing how C-SPAN’s resources and content can be a valuable way to follow what is going on in Washington.
