The Islander Pub will have a new home in coming months. The restaurant will be moving to the new Aviara building in Suite 150 this summer.
The 4,700-square-foot space at Aviara has a liquor license notice in the window for the Islander Pub. The license will allow it to sell spirits, beer, wine and have a lounge.
Phone calls to the Islander Pub have not been returned.
The restaurant’s current building will be torn down and rebuilt into a residential mixed use complex.
Leases for the businesses currently located in the building, such as the Islander and True Value Hardware, will end on July 1. The hardware store has already announced that it will be moving into the space next to Walgreens this summer.
