To celebrate Juneteenth, the Mercer Island High School Black Student Union is coordinating a Black culture fair, sponsored by the city of Mercer Island, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on June 19 at Mercerdale Park.

Organizers need community volunteers to design and host tables that showcase the critical impact Black people have had on art, dance, music and history in the United States.
