Volunteers installed community created lanterns at Mercerdale Park on Feb. 25. The city moved the display of nylon, solar-powered lanterns from the Greta Hackett Outdoor Sculpture Gallery to Mercerdale due to the construction happening on 77th Avenue Southeast and Sunset Highway. Community members can still return their lanterns to the community center through the end of March to be included in the exhibit.
