Three Mercer Island select teams traveled to the 2012 Pasco Memorial Day Classic youth baseball tournament, winning their divisions. It’s the first time Mercer Island has had three teams win in the same tournament.

The 9U Thunder includes: Nathan Buchan, Tyler Butson, Evan Dickstein, Matthew Feldman, Caiden Fukano, Wesley Ho, Elias Malakoff, Max Malakoff, Jack Mattox, Paul Noone, Jack Shoop, Tripp White, manager Peter Noone, coach Todd Butson and coach Travis White.

The 11U Thunder team includes: Lukas Ayan, Graham Cartwright, Teague Conder, Liam Dammeier, Evan Doty, Robert Dreyer, Andrew Jenkins, Cole Miller, Matthew Nguyen, Grant Stading, Quinn Zakahi, manager Keenan Conder, coach Kurt Dammeier and coach Zack Zakahi.

The 12U Thunder team includes: Carson Sandwith, Garrett Poore, Carter Melick, Justin Ho, Matt Boissoneault, Greg Fuchs, Nikhil Nayar, Jack Smith, Parker Simpson, Alex Shanks, Robert Weaver, manager Brock Mansfield, coach Steve Poore and coach Robin Fuchs.
