Girls middle school lacrosse registration

The Islander Middle School Gator wrestling team improved to 4-0 last week with two victories. The Gators defeated Twin Falls on Dec. 10, 75-24. WFFC beginners fly-tying classes
The Washington Fly Fishing Club (WFFC) is pleased to announce their upcoming beginner fly-tying classes. During eight sessions, learn how to tie flies so that fish will bite. The cost is $45 per person (a $35 class fee plus $10 for the DVD featuring step-by-step video instruction for all flies tied in class). Classes are every Thursday, 6:30-8:30 p.m., starting Jan. 8 at the Mercer Island Covenant Church. Registration and $45 are required. Call Bob at (206) 542-4623 with any questions.
