Mercer Island High School’s Homecoming Parade will kick off a 5 p.m. on Oct. 13 from the upper lot of Northwood Elementary School and travel down 86th Avenue Southeast, Southeast 42nd Street, 92nd Avenue Southeast, turn onto Southeast 41st Street and enter the high school.

The parade will conclude once it is fully on school property. Islanders should prepare for traffic control during the parade, and the Mercer Island Police Department noted for people to, “Please drive safely near the high school as kids make their way to the game.”

The MIHS football team will take on Liberty (Renton) at 7 p.m. in the Islander stadium.
