Pagliacci Pizza is celebrating its new Mercer Island store by giving away free slices from 11 a.m to 9 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 26. (Limit of two slices per person.)
There will be a ribbon cutting with Deputy Mayor Debbie Bertlin at 10:45 a.m. Monday, and the store will officially open for business and delivery the following day, Tuesday, Sept. 27.
The store is located in the town center at the corner of 78th Avenue Southeast and Southeast 32nd Street (3077 78th Ave. SE). Doors will open daily at 11 a.m., and delivery begins at 5 p.m. on weekdays and 4 p.m. on weekends.
The mid-century modern dining room has lots of glass and brick accent walls, and a patio with a fireplace provides comfortable outdoor seating. The store features a slice bar, and beer and wine. Delivery is available to all of Mercer Island.
