Of course there is a parking solution for MICA.

It is green and bordered by 77th Avenue, Southeast and Southeast 32nd Avenue. Yes, you guessed it — another swath of Mercerdale Park. This, it will be argued when MICA backers fully realize there will be a parking problem, is the only place available. Haven’t we heard this before?
