Paul Horiuchi art at Aljoya House

A special showing of watercolors by Northwest artist Paul Horiuchi runs through May 15 at Aljoya on Mercer Island. The watercolors from a private local collection offer a rare opportunity to view the artist’s work.

The watercolors from a private local collection offer a rare opportunity to view the artist’s work.
Horiuchi’s paintings have been exhibited regularly in the Northwest and throughout the United States. Known for his collages, Horiuchi has been the recipient of many honors and awards. His works are in the collections of major museums, including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Fogg Art Museum at Harvard University and at Cambridge University, England. 
Hours for the exhibit are from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. at 2430 76th Ave. S.E.
