Medics evaluated a pedestrian who was reportedly struck by a vehicle in the crosswalk at 78th Avenue Southeast and Southeast 27th Street on the evening of Nov. 20, according to the Mercer Island Police Department, who received the call at 9:56 p.m.
The pedestrian was uninjured and left the area after his evaluation, and police were unable to locate the vehicle that was allegedly involved in the incident. According to police, they have no proof that a vehicle was involved and the pedestrian was under the influence of alcohol.
