A Planning Commission meeting set for 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15 in the City Council Chambers at City Hall will include an analysis of a proposal to build 18 homes on a five-acre piece of land at 3051 84th Ave. S.E. The lot is on what many refer to as Snake Hill, across the street from the south parcel or upper end of Luther Burbank Park.
Existing zoning for the property allows residential development with lots no smaller than 9,600 square feet.
