Postma collects items for Genesis Project

Covenant Living at the Shores residents of Mercer Island collected more than a dozen bags full of items for local high school senior and Eagle Scout Josiah Postma. Postma asked residents for help with donations of clothing and hygiene products to give to the Seattle-based Genesis Project. The nonprofit is dedicated to helping teenage girls and women who are survivors of sexual exploitation. Postma is a member of Mercer Island’s Scout Troop #647. Courtesy photo
