Adults aren’t the only ones looking forward to the completion of the Boys & Girls Club’s new $16 million PEAK facility under construction on 86th Avenue S.E. Students in the 3-year-old class at the Mercer Island Learning Lab preschool peered at the site through the construction fence two weeks ago. The building is expected to be completed by June of 2010.
