Residents can report non-emergency service and maintenance issues online

Through the city’s online reporting tool MI-Connect, residents can apprise staff of non-emergency service requests and maintenance needs.

Residents can report the location, provide details and track their request through the city’s website or via a smartphone app. Residents can also call the city’s non-emergency dispatch center at (425) 577-5656.

If requests are snow/ice-related, the city notes that its first priority will be clearing and maintaining the major streets on its snow removal map; the city does not plow private streets.

Emergencies should be reported to 911 immediately.
