Approximately 25,000 runners and walkers are expected to take part in the race, along with tens of thousand spectators, family and friends.
The race begins at Seattle Center in downtown Seattle around 7 a.m., with waves of racers. The course includes the express lanes of Interstate 90, which will be closed from 4 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. The regular lanes of the bridge will remain open.
