The Stroum Jewish Community Center is raising money to build a new and innovative children’s indoor play space made of soft sculpted shapes and surfaces, that can be assembled in various ways.
The effort is being run through ‘J-Kick’, a crowdfunding website. This initiative is the JCC’s first J-Kick project.
According to its sponsors, the “drop-in play space will serve as a platform for young families to make new friends through activity and just plain fun. Unstructured play in this amazing soft sculptured space will allow imaginations to run wild.”
The place space will be available in the J’s Early Childhood School gathering areas on Mercer Island and in Seattle.
