Dec. 16
FRAUD: A victim in the 6500 block of 80th Ave. SE said at 1:40 p.m. that their credit card information was used to make purchases online by an unknown suspect.
THEFT: A suspect entered a store in the 3000 block of 78th Ave. SE at 2:23 p.m. with nothing. They then took a yellow and red drone from the shelf and went to the cashier. They told the cashier that they bought the yellow one, but wanted the red one and wanted to exchange it without a receipt. The cashier made the “exchange” for a loss of $79.99. The reporting party provided the receipt and video surveillance.
Dec. 17
ASSAULT: An elderly female pushed another elderly female onto the ground in anger in the 2900 block of 76th Ave. SE at 8 a.m. The victim collided with the ground and injured her head, and was taken to Overlake Hospital for treatment and evaluation. Both parties have dementia.
THEFT: A victim in the 2600 block of 76th Ave. SE said at 9:50 a.m. that a circular saw and guide rail were stolen from a job site where he has been working.
ASSAULT: A boyfriend and girlfriend got into a physical altercation in the 7800 block of SE 27th St. at 6:15 p.m. The boyfriend was determined to be the primary aggressor, and was booked into Issaquah Jail.
Dec. 19
BURGLARY: At 2:28 p.m., a man said his bicycle was stolen from an unlocked garage in the 4300 block of W. Mercer Way.
Dec. 20
TRAFFIC OFFENSES: A Washington Department of Licensing check showed that the registered owner of a vehicle in the 8200 block of westbound I-90 at 12:09 a.m. had a suspended license. The driver was confirmed as the owner and arrested, cited and released from MIPD.
BURGLARY: A subject attempted to enter a house in the 4400 block of E. Mercer Way at about 4 a.m. by prying open the dining room French doors, causing damage to the door.
FRAUD: A victim in the 7200 block of W. Ridge Road said at 8:43 a.m. that someone had attempted to open a credit card with her social security number, but the application was denied.
MORE FRAUD: An unknown suspect filed a request for a transcript of a tax return with the IRS using the social security number of a victim in the 7600 block of 79th Ave. SE at 1:19 p.m. The request was not granted, as the suspect had failed to date the form.
FRAUD: A case of identity theft was reported in the 8500 block of SE 80th St. at 3:12 p.m.

DUI: A subject was arrested for suspicion of under 21 DUI in the 8300 block of SE 40th St. at 1:01 a.m.
Dec. 22
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF: Mischief and damage to private property were reported in the 9200 block of SE 40th St. at 7:40 a.m.
MORE MISCHIEF: A vehicle parked outside a residence in the 4000 block of 93rd Ave. SE was vandalized with a brick from the front yard. The incident was reported at 8:05 a.m.
