May 12, 1929 – January 3, 2022

Born in Eyota, MN, Dixie passed away peacefully in the presence of family, on Mercer Island, WA where she has lived since 1957. Dixie was a renowned Northwest jeweler, a lover of reading, gardening and music. She cultivated many deep and lasting friendships over the years, especially among the arts community. Her artistry, culinary gifts, lively political discussions and kindness will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

The youngest of four sisters, Dixie is survived by her daughters, Cary (Dan), and Katherine. Memorial contributions may be made to your favorite arts organizations.
