Jack Martin Reiter, M.D.

Jack Martin Reiter, M.D., was born on March 22, 1941, in New York City and passed away peacefully on August 4, 2022, on Mercer Island. He came to Seattle for his medical residency in 1969 so he could experience the west coast for a few years, and he fell in love with the area and never left. He enjoyed attending theater, sports games, art exhibits, and musical performances. He was preceded in death by his wife of almost 50 years, Pauline Fishman Reiter.

He is survived by his children, Ilyse (Greg) Wagner of Bellevue, WA, Jodi (Vince) Ready of Hood River, OR, & Scott Reiter (Rachel Weintraub) of Washington, DC and his sister Maddy (Jack) Swick of Tamarac, FL. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren, Shayna, Risa & Bailey Wagner, Maeli & Ethan Ready, and Ez, Eliana & Dalia Reiter.
