My Father who passed quietly into the light on December 28, 2017 was a kind, generous, well liked happy man, and a devoted husband, father, and friend.

Raised in Minot, ND, a graduate of the University of Minnesota, and the University of Washington where he received his Law Degree in 1956. A premiere, imaginative, bankruptcy attorney who argued matters before several state courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. A Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and a past Director of ABI. He also served as a past President of Temple Sinai and was a retired Colonel, JAG, U.S. Army.

To me though, simply, he was my best friend, my treasure. Remembrances may be made to a charity of your choice or Jewish Family Services Seattle.
